How to Use the Seller Central Extension for Chrome
Seller Central is a powerful extension that makes it easy to quickly view and navigate through your Amazon support cases, open a new one, or open your Amazon support cases from your device. The extension is useful for customers and business owners who use Amazon as an eCommerce platform.
Seller Central automatically opens your last active support case when you open it from your device. If you have an active support case, your current case is opened and listed. If you have an active support case but don't have an active case, it will be closed.
If you open the Seller Central extension, it will open your current case as well as your last active support case.
How to use the Seller Central extension:
1. When you open the Amazon Seller Central app, you'll see a top-right menu (Settings > General Settings > Settings), where you can opt to use the extension or not (Enable or Disable the extension).
2. Next, you'll see a menu (Settings > General Settings > Basic Settings), where you can configure the options you want to configure for the extension (Enable or Disable the extension, and select the customer support team you want to contact for help).
3. You'll see a menu (Settings > Technical Settings > Settings), where you can configure the settings for your Amazon Seller Account (the settings you want to use for the extension).
